Suggested use: Shake the bottle, fill the dropper at least half way full. Squeeze the drops under your tongue and hold for at least 30 seconds. It may be added to drinks instead of taken alone. CBD is fat-soluble, eating a high-fat meal or snack may increase absorption up to 5 times.
